Custom design, hosting on Cloudflare's edge, SSL, security patches, daily backups, software updates, content and design edits on request, and any integrations you need — online ordering, booking, contact forms, Stripe — wired in if and when they make sense. § 03 — FAQ

    Are there any costs not covered by the $399?

    A few small ones, all paid directly to the vendor (not us): your domain ($10–15/year through Cloudflare), Google Workspace if you want custom email ($7/user/month), and any POS subscription you already pay. Those accounts are yours to set up and manage. Nothing else is hidden.

    Is there really no setup fee?

    None. You pay $399 from the day your site goes live — not the day we sign the contract. We invest the build cost upfront because we make our money on the relationship, not on a one-time fee. If we wanted setup fees we'd be a different business.

    What if I want to cancel?

    Cancel any time. No contracts, no early termination fees, no fine print. Your site stays live through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then comes down on the next payment date. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, so it stays with you either way.

    How long does it take to build my site?

    About a month from the kickoff call to launch day. Some builds take a little longer if integrations are unusual or content collection drags. We share drafts along the way so you're never wondering what's happening.

    How do I update content after launch?

    Email us. New menu, new hours, new photos, a paragraph that needs to change — same-day reply, redeployed within the hour. That's the whole point of the retainer. We're not a freelancer who builds a site and disappears; updates are part of the service.

    Can the site take orders or bookings?

    Yes — when it makes sense. Restaurants get Square or Toast online ordering wired into the menu page. Salons get Square Appointments or Calendly. Shops can take payments through Stripe. We pick the right integration for what you actually do; we don't bolt on features for the sake of it.

    What if I need a design change after launch?

    Included. New section, layout tweak, seasonal banner, holiday hours treatment, a refresh of the homepage — just email us. We don't bill hourly for changes that fit in a day. Bigger redesigns we still do at the same retainer; they just take longer.

    What if I have an existing site I want redesigned?

    Same price, same process — we just start with what you have instead of a blank canvas. The first month's work is rebuilding it. After launch, the maintenance is identical.

    What if I'm a brand-new business with no website yet?

    Same price, same process. You bring your copy and photos; we turn them into a site.

    Why isn't there a cheaper plan?

    Because the work doesn't get cheaper. A site we host, secure, and maintain costs us about the same whether you're a coffee cart or a five-table restaurant. One number is honest. Tiers are usually how agencies disguise upsells.

    Because tiers are usually how agencies disguise upsells. Whatever your shop actually needs — multiple locations, a real online store, a booking flow that talks to your POS — we build it into the same $399. If your needs grow, the site grows with you. The price doesn't.
